2. Voice Biometrics & Cryptographic Protection

When you register or activate Voice Auth for one-tap payments, PayBills extracts an anonymized mathematical acoustic voiceprint. We never store raw audio recordings on unencrypted disks.

• 256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All voiceprints and payment payloads are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Zero Third-Party Data Selling: We do not monetize, rent, or sell your biometric fingerprints to advertisers.

3. Financial Data & BBPS Records

Transaction records, consumer account identifiers, and billing history are retained strictly in compliance with RBI guidelines and Indian DPDP statutory regulations.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to inspect your profile data, reset your voice authentication signature, or request account erasure by contacting our Data Protection Officer via the Support & Grievance portal.
